Numba

Description

Numba is an open-source NumPy-aware optimizing compiler for Python. It generates optimized machine code from pure Python code using the LLVM compiler infrastructure.

User instructions

Numba is available via the modules system. To add it to your environment run:

$ module load numba/0.34.0

Note you will need to have a llvmlite module loaded.
