IPython
=======

Description
-----------

IPython provides a richer interactive shell (via multiple frontends) than the default python shell, along with lots of other tools.

User instructions
-----------------

IPython is installed on all computers from the Debian repositories. 

Documentation is available via python/IPython's built-in help system and on the `IPython website <http://ipython.org/>`_.
